The Problems as I see it
The automotive journey is a vast ecosystem. Drivers move between marketing sites, owner portals, and in-vehicle systems, often encountering a different experience at every turn. When these touchpoints feel disconnected, the user has to do the heavy lifting to find what they need. A lack of continuity across the journey can make even the most advanced technology feel difficult to navigate.
Where I have seen Challenges
I bridge the gap between high-impact marketing and the utility of customer-facing platforms. My work with GM brands and Subaru proved that the challenge isn't just a better-looking dashboard. It’s ensuring the brand story remains coherent across every digital and physical touchpoint. I solve for:
- Experience Continuity: Creating a single, cohesive thread from initial advertising to daily vehicle use.
- Systemic Trust: Translating complex telematics into clear, actionable feedback for the driver.
- Distributed Ecosystems: Organizing data across web, mobile, and hardware so it feels like one unified experience.
How I Work
I focus on designing systems that connect experiences rather than treating each touchpoint in isolation.
I work closely with stakeholders across design, engineering, and business to identify shared patterns, clarify user intent, and establish design foundations that can scale across platforms and time.
The goal is not just usability—but continuity, confidence, and brand clarity across the entire automotive ecosystem.
Results
• Clearer user journeys across fragmented systems
• Stronger alignment between brand and product experiences
• Reduced design and development friction through shared patterns
• Platforms that scale with evolving vehicle technology and customer expectations
