The Problem as I see it
Most internal systems are built around technical limitations or legacy organizational structures rather than the people using them. This forces users to adapt their workflow to the system, instead of the system supporting the work. The result is almost always the same: avoidable errors, heavy training overhead, and teams that have to develop their own 'workarounds' just to get through the day.

Designing for enterprise means navigating a landscape of complex permissions, multi-departmental workflows, and data models that can’t be changed overnight. The real challenge isn't just making it look better—it's creating an experience that feels intuitive and supportive even when the underlying technology is inherently rigid. I solve for:

I look for the workflows that aren't documented, specifically the manual workarounds people use just to get their jobs done. By combining that discovery with an understanding of common platform patterns, I help align technical requirements with actual human usability.
